Carol Biazin - Fica Pro Café - Live Performance | Vevo DSCVR Artists To Watch 2023

Television talent competitions have launched some amazing careers, from Camila Cabello to Carly Rae Jepsen to Ariana Grande herself. Carol Biazin knew she had skills when she hit the stage of 'X-Factor Brasil' in 2016, but it was all a bit overwhelming. Happily that didn't stop her from participating in 'The Voice Brasil' a year later, where she was a finalist. Not only did those experiences bolster her confidence, they also got her name around. The talent the Paraná native had been testing out in regional situations for a few years proved real: a wider audience was waiting. If you've heard Biazin's 2020 debut, 'Beijo de Judas,' you know the young singer is mature beyond her years. That's why Luísa Sonza, Vitão, Dilsinho and Gloria Groove all accepted invitations to help Carol realize her vision by guesting on the album. They surely paid attention to her rise, which included her catchy "Talvez" debut and moved quickly to the four tracks that comprise her 2019 'S' EP, including "Suas Linhas," a sure sign that Biazin was going to make a sizable dent in Brazilian pop. A tour of the country's key cities put her performance charisma in front of fans who couldn't get enough (check the latest Spotify numbers). Last year’s DVD of the 'Beijo de Judas' songs, in which she’s backed by an all-woman ensemble, clearly shows the audience was on her side. The record is all about the energy created when artists and admirers share the common goal of entertainment. Multi-instrumentalist Biazin, who's unafraid of experimentation, is a strong songwriter as well. She's helped craft hits by Anitta, Vitão, Rouge, and Negra Li. When she hit our London studio for these ATW performances of “Bacardi” and “Fica Pro Café,” she reveled in the chance to create with UK musicians she hadn't previously played with. Courage and fun mix well in Biazin's world, which is shaping up to be a place lots people are gonna want to be in 2023.

Billie Eilish's trademark whisper has gained more and more emotional power in the last four years. The secret-sharing sense of intimacy contained in the pop phenom's voice brims with the kind of textural qualities that pull fans deep into the story she's telling in any given song. Sometimes dreamy, sometimes fierce, always fetching. The songs Billie chose to do for our Official Live Performance series have all used her signature sound to great advantage. Both “Your Power” and “Male Fantasy” subtly sparkled thanks to her brother Finneas’ acoustic guitar. The visual setting, designed after brainstorming creative sessions between the singer and our production team, is simple but rich in texture, too - just like Billie's voice. Shot in the Crystal Ballroom of the Biltmore Hotel in LA, “Lost Cause” has a little more grandeur. Finneas swaps six strings for four, laying down a deeply hypnotic bassline while Billie excoriates the cause of her ire. The same intimacy is there, but this one really shows you who’s in charge.

Помимо этого, в период действия договора "Кухни Мария" решили 2 раза изменить стоимость гарнитура, естественно в сторону повышения, и без доплаты поставлять его вообще не собирались.

По этому поводу нами была составлена претензия со ссылкой на статью 314 Гражданского Кодекса с требованием изготовить кухню за 7 дней. Потому что если в договоре не указан конкретный срок изготовления товара, то он должен быть изготовлен в течение 7 дней с момента предъявления требования о его изготовлении.

После получения претензии риторика компании «Кухни Мария» резко изменилась. Вместо того, чтобы обвинять клиента в затягивании сроков, они стали говорить, что изготовить кухню за 7 дней физически невозможно и просили дать им чуть больше времени.

Мы согласились, но при условии, что в дополнительном соглашении будут прописаны чёткие сроки поставки, а также отсутствие возможности со стороны компании «Кухни Мария».менять цену в одностороннем порядке (эта возможность и так сомнительна, но если прописать это в дополнительном соглашении - так будет вообще железно).

Клиент довольна и ждёт свою новую кухню теперь уже с конкретными сроками и чёткой ценой. 😎
